Señorita Panamá 2003, the 21rd Señorita Panamá pageant, was held in Figali Convention Center, Ciudad de Panamá, Panama, on Thursday November 26, 2003, after weeks of events. The winner of the pageant was Jessica Rodríguez.
The pageant was broadcast live on RPC Panamá. About 11 contestants from all over Panamá will compete for the prestigious crown. At the conclusion of the final night of competition, outgoing titleholder Stefanie de Roux crowned Jessica Rodríguez as the new Señorita Panamá.[1]
Rodríguez compete in the 53nd edition of the Miss Universe 2004 pageant, was held at the Centro de Convenciones CEMEXPO, Quito, Ecuador on June 1, 2004.[2] She won the Best National Costume.

Ana Karina Abrego won Miss Hawaiian Tropic Panamá 2006 she was compite in the Treasure Island Hotel and Casino Theater Las Vegas on April 17, 2006.

Anabella Hale Ruiz won Miss International Panamá 2004 and participate in the Miss International 2004 in Beijing, China on October 16, 2004.[4]
Giselle Bissot Kieswetter won the Señorita Panamá-Miss Mundo 2006 she participate in the Miss World 2006, in Palace of Culture and Science, Warsaw, Poland on the September 30, 2006. She was in the Top 25 semi-finalists Beach Beauty.[5]
